Heathcote House Dental Practice has been in Haywards Heath since 1926. It is a well established, six surgery dental practice, offering general dentistry, periodontic care, in-house sedation, and restorative plus cosmetic dentistry.

Why Dentally?

Dentally has been the perfect solution for their practice management, since they heard about the software on the GDPUK Dental Forum and booked a demo. A key benefit of Dentally is that it has allowed us to streamline the dental practice, to then in turn offer the patients the best care possible.

What key features do you like?

Once we had the demo of Dentally we were instantly sold on it! It was so much less complicated than our previous system.

There have been several benefits, for example; the payment system for our Accounts has made a huge impact on reducing the patient debt within the practice. The reports available make auditing so much easier and the whole process of booking appointments, who has made them and the trail of appointment cancellations and failures has also improved immensely.

How do you feel Dentally works for each of your users?

The reception team find appointment making, appointment searching and viewing patient records from more than one computer at a time has really helped with patient waiting times at reception. As a Practice Manager, I am able to change settings and look through reports very easily.

Furthermore, the clinical team find the charting, treatment plans and clinical notes much more effective than previously which helps hugely in the clinical environment when they are under time pressures on a regular basis.

Yes, from installation, support and the product- we have been really pleased with the whole process!

How do you rate our service?

Excellent! Even with ongoing daily support, it is an almost instant response. We would definitely recommend Dentally to other practices. In fact one of our Hygienist's has already recommended you to her other practice and they have transferred over!
