Nearly two years ago, Mike Hesketh and his wife, Lara, took over the practice when it was generating £800,000 in annual turnover. In just 18 months, we invested over half a million pounds in modernizing our facilities. As a result, our practice has seen remarkable growth, with an annual turnover now reaching £2 million, and we continue to expand rapidly.

What is your experience of moving to Dentally?
Our experience transitioning from our previous software, SFD, to a new system was an important step in modernizing our operations. SFD had become outdated and was no longer meeting our needs. While the transition to the new software had its challenges, it was a necessary process for our practice to stay competitive and efficient.
During the migration, we did encounter a few issues that extended the process to approximately two weeks. Some of our data had to be re-input, which was understandably frustrating. However, we want to commend our dedicated team for their patience and hard work during this transition period.
Despite these challenges, the move to the new software has been a significant upgrade for our practice. The new system has brought us up to date with modern features and capabilities that started making a positive impact on our daily operations immediately.
