It's that time of year again when the NHS patient charges increase in Wales and England, we have already put the new fees into Dentally, so that our customers can be confident they are in place and ready for the change on the 1st April 2019.

Wales

From 1st April, the new NHS patient charges in Wales will be:

Band 1: £14.30
Band 2: £46.00
Band 3: £199.10
Urgent: £14.30
Reg 11 replacements: £59.70 per appliance.

England

From 1st April, the new NHS patient charges in England will be:

Band 1: £22.70
Band 2: £62.10
Band 3: £269.30
Urgent: £22.70
Reg 11 replacements: £80.70 per appliance.

Remember with Dentally there are no software updates to install, in fact nothing for you to do to start using these new fees! Once a dentist starts processing a plan with a start date of 1st April or after, the new fees will be applied. Plans started before 1st April will continue on the old price bands.
