We recently spoke to the team at Riverwalk Dental to find out more about their transition to Dentally and how the all-in-one software helped them save time, streamline claims management and simplify their patient communication.

The decision to transition

“In my career I've switched through over four different charting platforms, and so, you develop a significant amount of anxiety when you're going to change. With Dentally, we went in one day, and everyone was pretty much comfortable from the get-go. What I appreciate about the people at Dentally is they seem to always have your best interests. They'll make small suggestions to improve upon things. Which greatly help your practice, to help you see things from a different angle.”
After previous experience using different software, Courtney anticipated a challenging transfer and the idea of switching felt overwhelming. Despite this, a smooth transition was prioritized for the team.
“When our in-office training happened and the Dentally team showed us everything, everything was super seamless, the transfer went really well. All the information was in there... I find this program just much more user friendly. That you could pick it up. You literally pick it up in two days."
