Tell us about your background

Wye Dental Surgery is a 3 surgery practice in the heart of Wye. Situated close to the Wye Downs, means we are surrounded by beautiful scenery and with the train station being a 5 minute walk away, we are lucky enough to be a short 5 minute train ride to the local busy town of Ashford. Wye Dental Surgery has been a dental practice for many years, however in April 2022 the practice was taken over by Dr James Ogwang, who has given it a new lease of life in many ways. Our patients very often comment on how welcoming the practice is and how friendly and helpful each and every member of staff is. We pride ourselves on our reputation and will always aim to give our patients the very best experience we possibly can. We specialise in Implants and Invisalign, but also offer composite bonding, whitening, general dentistry and hygienist visits.

What is your experience of moving to Dentally?

We have used Dentally for many years here at Wye Dental Surgery, so I cannot comment on our experience of moving to Dentally. However I don't think the practice would run as efficiently without the help of Dentally.

How do you find using Dentally?

Dentally is very easy to use. The diary is clear and well laid out, especially when it comes to needing to view it quickly. The reports are easy to set up and you are able to create and save custom reports so you can go back to them whenever necessary.

What do you see as the key benefits of Dentally?

One of the key benefits for me is the support portal where there is always someone on the other end to help with your issue. They are super quick at replying and can usually always help, and if they cant they are able to point you in the direction of people who can.
