Glebe Hill Dental is a locally owned and independently operated family dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-focused care. Led by Dr Kevin Cripwell and his experienced team, we believe that trust is the foundation of great dentistry and strive to build strong, lasting relationships with every patient. Our modern clinic is designed to make dental visits as easy and stress-free as possible, whether it’s a child’s first check-up or a grandparent overcoming dental anxiety. We take the time to listen, ensuring patients feel comfortable and fully informed about their dental needs. Understanding that every patient is unique, we tailor treatment plans to suit individual requirements. To make quality dental care accessible to all, we accept all health funds and welcome Veteran Affairs patients, as well as government patients and children eligible under the Medicare scheme.

What is your experience of moving to Dentally?

Our experience moving to Dentally was extremely positive. The transition from our previous software, Dental 4 Windows, was smooth and seamless, as Dentally is so intuitive and easy to use. The setup process was straightforward, and the training resources made it easy for our team to adapt quickly. The support team is fantastic to work with, always providing helpful and timely assistance. Plus, the ability to message them directly through Dentally saves time on phone calls, which is especially helpful in a busy practice. Overall, switching to Dentally has been a stress-free experience, and it has significantly improved the efficiency of our practice.

How do you find using Dentally?

Using Dentally has been a great experience. The system is intuitive and easy to navigate, making daily tasks like booking appointments, managing recalls, and processing payments simple and efficient. While the treatment planning and accounts sections can seem a little complex at first, the excellent tutorials make it easy to learn—especially for new team members. The charting is clear, efficient, and user-friendly, allowing us to record treatments accurately and quickly. Dentally has streamlined our workflows, saving time and improving the efficiency of our practice.

What have been the key outcomes that you have seen within the practice as a direct result of using Dentally and the Elevate (Customer Success) programme?

Since implementing Dentally and participating in the Elevate programme, we’ve seen several key improvements within the practice. The efficiency of our daily operations has increased significantly, as Dentally’s automation features have reduced time spent on administrative tasks, allowing us to focus more on patient care. The system’s ease of use has also contributed to improved workflow and less time spent on training staff. Working one-on-one with a customer care consultant has been invaluable in developing strategies to further enhance our operations, such as introducing protocols for cancellations and recalls. As a result, our recall rates have increased, and our cancellations have dropped. Additionally, the online portal has led to a rise in online bookings, which has freed up time for both our admin staff and clinicians, further optimising our practice's efficiency. The tailored guidance and ongoing support provided through the Elevate programme have helped us continuously optimise our practice and achieve better overall results.
