What is Dentally Pulse?

Dentally Pulse is the name for all of Dentally's AI intelligence features. It is built around a single belief: that dental professionals are the heart of the practice, and that their expertise should drive everything around them.

Dentally Pulse listens during appointments, generates structured clinical notes, surfaces relevant patient information and drafts documents from information already in the system. It does not ask clinicians to change how they work. It takes their input and makes sure it appears, ready and accurate, exactly where it matters. The result is a practice where clinical expertise does not stop at the chairside. It flows through every record, every letter and every interaction.

What can I use right now?

Clinical AI notes are available to you today. Full appointment recording is in Beta testing with a limited group of practices, and you can register your interest to join them. Everything else is in development.

Is the recording of my appointment stored?

 No, the conversation is used to generate your clinical note, and the original audio isn't stored.

Does Dentally Pulse make clinical decisions?

No, Dentally Pulse generates a starting point, and you review and confirm every output before it's saved or sent. It's a prompt, not a replacement.

What is coming next for Dentally Pulse?

Dentally Pulse is designed to grow through 2026. You'll spend less time looking for information, write fewer documents from scratch, and reach for the keyboard less often mid-treatment. Registering your interest is how you get new capabilities first.
